What You'll Do

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our Global Team. You will be responsible for the evaluation, selection and ongoing management of Adare’s third party Logistics, Warehousing and Customs Clearance partners across EMEA. Managing a team of Logistics Coordinators to ensure that all stock managed Marketing Materials are effectively managed and that the customer service support is provided within the agreed service levels. 

 

  • Provide the interface between the warehouse/logistics providers and the Adare business, making a positive impact on profitability for Adare and our clients by ensuring our Print, POS and Promotional goods are stock managed/ transported and imported in a quick and compliant manner to every market and fulfilling the legal requirements needed to able local Adare offices to import the goods in each market.
  • Monitor, audit and actively manage logistics supplier relationships and performance against KPIs to ensure quality and service is delivered.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers globally ensuring that they are always kept informed and updated.
  • Managing relationships with transport companies and freight forwarders, negotiating the best price.
  • Manage and report compliance within legislative and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Line Manager of the Logistics Coordinators.
What You'll Bring
  • Expert knowledge of key logistics, marketing materials warehousing providers and freight providers via land, sea and air.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills, through both written and verbal mediums.
  • Fluent in English, Customer focused – experience in working in customer service environments.
  • Global vision and fully service vocation.
  • High communication ability and capable to adapt and understand different cultures and procedures.
  • Capable to easily stablish business relationships and create a teamwork environment
  • Strong people management skills
