What You'll Do

We are seeking an Account Account Executive to join our healthcare team in Berlin.

The Account Executive supports the Account Director. You will be responsible for being the day-to-day contact for a number of the agencies key clients. You will manage projects and support on campaigns, liaising between the client and a range of agency colleagues. We are seeking an individual who can converse with our teams in German & English.

You will own projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget, whilst managing administrative and organisational work.

More about what the role involves:

  • Day to day account management of client requirements
  • Working with the Account Director to brief creative and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies and helping to secure new business
  • Hands on assistance in the implementation of client campaigns, liaising regularly with them to ensure that communication flows effectively
  • Handling budgets and managing campaign costs
  • Being familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with all internal departments to enable excellence in client delivery
  • Gaining full understanding of the roles of each department and their contribution to the client’s business
  • Accompanying Account Director on client visits
  • Meeting preparations / presentations and reporting on key decisions
  • Actively contribute to all aspects of Agency life and Account management including: Meetings (both internal and external, Brainstorms, Pitches
  • Administration support
  • Being an ambassador for the agency

  • Marketing / Creative agency experience is preferable
