What You'll Do
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Global team who shall provide leadership to a team of individuals based in Frankfurt and Stuttgart who are responsible for the delivery of service to client; and commercial direction and operational development of client contracts that deliver; Print, POS and Promo materials.
  • Maximise business opportunities for Adare by seeking out additional and cross selling business opportunities.
  • Drive agreed savings levels, ensuring that performance against service levels are continually measured, delivered and reported in an accurate and timely way.
  • Develop and maintain key client contacts at a senior level to ensure the contract is supported at a local and regional level.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management for all team members.
  • Develop operational processes and standards that ensure optimum levels of service and productivity, while ensuring that operational costs are contained within budgeted levels.
What You'll Bring
  • You will have a strong track record as a Client Services professional.
  • Excellent knowledge & experience in a Print / POS / Promotional related client services environment.
  • Experience of inspiring team members to deliver the highest quality of customer service to the client.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies and can evidence delivery of such.
  • Proven supply chain management experience.
  • Relevant experience in interfacing with stakeholders at all levels and building strong working relationships.
  • Proven business development experience.
  • Strong and comprehensive experience of managing and leading team.
  • Strong procurement and project management background.
